- Customer Agreement 2.5 (Rev. May 2026): except Global and Restricted Global licenses, Concurrent User products may only be used by persons physically located in the country where they are installed, and all components (client code and license server) may only be installed in the Designated Country. A person normally located there who travels abroad can check out the license for a limited period (for most products two weeks), during which it is not available on the network. Non-employees may use Concurrent User products only while physically at a Customer site. Applies only to Concurrent User products.
