- Licensing Basis for Windchill and FlexPLM (Eng. rev. September 2026), Batching/Artificial Intelligence: for user-based licensing (Registered User, Concurrent User, but not Kiosk Users) a license is required for each individual who accesses or uses the Licensed Product, its functionality or data, or its output, directly or indirectly (web portal, batching). Generic or shared log-ins that bypass the licensing basis are not permitted; generic service accounts may only automate tasks initiated by properly licensed human users. Customer Agreement 2.3 (Rev. May 2026) also bars non-Permitted Users from direct or indirect access.
