- License Definitions and Rules (15 June 2024): a licensed Technology program may run on one unlicensed spare computer in a clustered failover environment sharing one logical disk array in a single data center for up to ten separate 24-hour periods per calendar year; maintenance downtime counts; beyond that the node must be licensed. Options on a failover environment must match the licenses of the associated database, and the same metric must be used on production and failover nodes.
