- BYOL FAQ (educational): “At a high level, one Oracle Processor License maps to two OCPUs.” Mapping rules “are defined in the Oracle PaaS and IaaS Universal Credits Service Description document.” UCM v082726 (27 August 2026) service-line specific: Oracle Analytics Cloud Professional-BYOL: “For each supported Processor license You may activate up to 2 OCPUs of the above referenced BYOL Cloud Service.” Autonomous AI Database Enterprise Edition conversion: “For every supported Processor license or every 25 supported Named User Plus licenses of Oracle Database Enterprise Edition, You may activate up to 8 BYOL ECPUs or 2 BYOL OCPUs of the Cloud Service.”
