- ALA Software Delivery, Application Quality and PPM (5200-1996, May 28, 2026): Third Party Use at the Third Party Location requires an Area Concurrent User License or a Global Concurrent User License; outside the licensed Area a Global licence is required. Third Party Use conditions: the third party serves only the Licensee, is designated for support, Micro Focus receives written notice of its name and location, and the software is removed when services end.
