- ALA Software Delivery, Application Quality and PPM (5200-1996, May 28, 2026): Site Concurrent User Licenses cannot be moved to an alternate Site, and Area Concurrent User Licenses to another Area (Americas, EMEA or JAPAC), without a geographic relocation fee. For ALM and Quality Center Enterprise, Remote Access is permitted where users are regularly employed at the Site or Area; Remote Access by users located outside of the Area requires a Global Concurrent User License. The Functional Testing ALA (June 19, 2026) carries the same Site / Area / Global terms.
