- OpenText EULA (01 July 2026) s.4.3: Trial Software is for internal evaluation and testing only; the Trial term is 30 days from access unless OT authorizes otherwise in writing (60 days for Pre-Release Software); copies must be destroyed and compliance confirmed within 30 days after the Trial. License Model Schedule v3.0 (29 April 2024) s.2.B describes Evaluation Licenses as a single Server, no more than five individuals, 60 days. The two documents differ; the Transaction Document and EULA order of precedence apply.
