- OpenText EULA (01 July 2026) s.3: the licences granted in Section 4 begin on the Effective Date and are perpetual unless otherwise specified in the TD. ALAs define Term LTUs (e.g. 1M, 1Y) as not perpetual. s.12.2: on termination or expiry of a TD the right to use the Software ends.
