- OpenText EULA (01 July 2026) s.4.1: a non-transferable, worldwide, nonexclusive, internal business use licence subject to the License Models and Documentation. s.4.2: Licensee shall not assign, transfer, distribute, sublicense or encumber the Software, or commercialize or use it for outsourcing, hosting, service bureau or like use, or permit access by or use for the benefit of any third party. No public-cloud BYOL policy is published among the retrieved documents.
