- Usage policies (effective October 29, 2025): "Your use of OpenAI services must follow these Usage Policies". Breaking or circumventing the rules "may mean you lose access to our systems or experience other penalties." The Services Agreement incorporates the OpenAI Policies (Service-Specific Terms, Sharing and Publication Policy, Usage Policies).
