- An unused paid Standard or Premium seat can be assigned to a member immediately without an additional charge; reassigning a paid seat does not change the subscription seat count. Removing a member frees the seat but does not reduce paid seats; a seat reduction must be scheduled. Standard and Premium seats can be swapped between members without charge. Only workspace owners can add, reduce, assign, reassign or change paid seat types.
