- At the start of each billing cycle the customer is charged for all Standard and Premium seats in the workspace, assigned or not. Added seats trigger an immediate prorated charge; reductions take effect at the start of the next billing cycle and the seat count cannot be reduced below occupied seats. On annual plans added seats remain committed through the end of the annual term.
