- Customer Agreement §4(b): no selling, sublicensing or commercializing the Software, “provided that you may use the Software in connection with an application available to your end customers as long as they cannot access the Software directly”. §4(h): do not use Support or Ops Manager, Cloud Manager, MongoDB Charts or MongoDB Connector for Business Intelligence “in connection with any application that is not covered by an Enterprise Advanced Subscription”. §4(i): no use intended to avoid fees or exceed usage limits.
