- MongoDB Cloud Terms of Service §1 (last updated 2026-01-15): “Each time you register to receive Support, you are obligated to pay for a minimum of 30 days of Support.” MongoDB may charge for inactive periods if a customer promptly or repeatedly re-registers after terminating.
