- Mistral AI Research License §2.2: a party distributing the Mistral Model or Derivatives made by or for Mistral AI must make a copy of the Agreement available to recipients (whose rights are granted directly by Mistral AI) and retain the Notice text “Licensed by Mistral AI under the Mistral AI Research License”. §2.3: the party’s own Derivatives may be distributed under additional or different terms, provided they carry prominent notices stating that the Mistral Model was modified and the terms do not limit or conflict with the MRL.
