- Mistral AI Additional Product Terms §4.2.3 (effective 2026-09-25): a customer that chose a fixed-term annual or multi-annual agreement instead of a monthly agreement pays the outstanding Fees for the remainder of the term as an Early Termination Fee, except on valid termination for breach attributable to Mistral AI.
