- Mistral AI Additional Product Terms §2 (effective 2026-09-25): subject to applicable limitations (e.g., a maximum number of seat licenses), a customer may create End User Accounts under its Customer Account; End User Accounts may not be shared, sold, licensed, or otherwise made available outside the customer’s entity or organization, although End User Accounts may be created for End Users of Affiliates.
