- Mistral AI Commercial Terms of Service §2.2 (effective 2026-09-25): customers may not attempt to reverse engineer or discover underlying components (e.g., algorithms, weights, or systems), use Output to reverse engineer the products, buy, sell, or transfer API keys or accounts with a third party, or integrate or combine Vibe with their own products offered to third parties, or grant third parties access, without Mistral AI’s prior written authorization. Customers must enforce substantially equivalent restrictions on End Users.
