- Mistral AI Commercial Terms of Service §3.1 (effective 2026-09-25): to the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer retains ownership of Customer Data and owns all Output; Mistral AI assigns to the customer any right it may have in Output. Model weights and parameters are not Output. §4.2: Mistral AI does not train on Customer Data or Outputs except under the listed opt-in/opt-out, Feedback, Order Form, or Labs and Preview Model cases.
