- Meta Llama 3 Community License Agreement Section 1.b.v (2024-04-18): the Licensee will not use the Llama Materials or any output or results of the Llama Materials to improve any other large language model (excluding Meta Llama 3 or derivative works thereof). The clause does not appear in the Llama 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 or Llama 4 licenses, which instead require the “Llama” name prefix for such models.
