- Individual agreement v4.4 (effective 2024-10-10) §3.4: the subscription is only for natural persons purchasing with their own funds; if any third party pays the fees, or the individual expects or receives reimbursement, “this grant of rights shall be invalid and void.” Reimbursement FAQ (updated 2025-05-28): a company that wants to provide a license must purchase a commercial one.
