- Non-Commercial agreement v3.0 (effective 2025-12-16) §2.3: Commercial Use means use of the Product to develop commercial products (distributed for a fee or used as part of the Customer’s business activity) or to provide paid services; demonstrating the Product in audiovisual content is not Commercial Use. Non-commercial FAQ (updated 2026-08-13): licenses are for individual customers only, not organizations; a paid employee should use a commercial license even at a non-profit.
