- IBM: when an OS or virtualization technology loses vendor support, IBM removes it from sub-capacity eligibility; 90 days after OS ineligibility partial renewals are no longer available. To keep sub-capacity terms for affected products the client submits a migration plan for IBM approval and keeps generating reports on the ILMT version that supported the product (Passport Advantage Agreement v12 section 9.2.2.e).
