- IBM: with Passport Advantage Agreement v11 (February 2023) IBM removed the exceptions to sub-capacity reporting. Clients manually reporting under the PA v10 exceptions before 2023-05-01 could continue until 2024-01-01; "Starting January 1, 2024 all prior exceptions are no longer applicable." The former exceptions covered unsupported virtualization technologies, enterprises under 1,000 employees and 1,000 PVUs, and servers licensed to full capacity.
