- IBM Cloud Pak for Integration 16.2.0: when a program's ratio does not produce a whole number of VPCs, all instances of that program at that ratio are totalled across the cluster and rounded up to the nearest whole VPC, separately for each ratio (for example MQ base production and MQ base non-production are rounded separately: 3 cores at 4:1 plus 3 cores at 8:1 = 2 VPCs).
