- Sole-tenant nodes (2026-09-24): because you are billed for the vCPU and memory of your sole-tenant nodes, VMs created on those nodes cost nothing extra; GPUs and Local SSD on a node are billed in full; the sole-tenancy premium is based only on vCPUs and memory; sole-tenancy premium charges receive only flexible CUDs and SUDs, not resource-based CUDs. Sole-tenant node pricing (undated page): the premium is 10% of the cost of all underlying vCPU and memory; minimum 1 minute, then 1-second increments.
