- Assign, remove, and reassign licenses (2026-09-24): a license cannot be directly reassigned from one user to another; unassign it and assign it to the new user. After unassigning, it might take up to 24 hours before the license can be reassigned. Reassigning an add-on license to a different user during the month may be charged as 2 licenses for that month. Removing a user's license might lose their data; archive the user instead. CSV bulk assignment fails where the user already holds a mutually exclusive license (for example Business Starter vs Business Standard).
