- As published 2026-09-26: added seats are billed for the remainder of the current cycle, prorated by the date added (card or PayPal customers pay the prorated amount upfront); access is immediate. Removed seats: billing stops at the end of the cycle, the reduced count applies from the next cycle and no refunds are issued for unused time. An unassigned user keeps access until cycle end; a revoked seat loses access immediately.
