- E204 definitions (August 1, 2025): a Single Use License is for a single authorized end user on a single computer, with a second copy allowed on a second computer for that user’s exclusive use as long as only one copy is in use at a time. ArcGIS Pro documentation: installed on a maximum of two computers, used on one at a time, transferable by deauthorizing; New Single Use licenses are needed for ArcGIS Pro 3.7 and later.
