- Software Subscription Agreement V09122025.1 §8.3(f): the customer shall not “use Software for providing any time-sharing services, software-as-a-service or “SaaS” offering, service bureau services or as part of an application services provider or other service offering”. The License is solely for the customer's internal business operations (§1 “License”). The Elastic Cloud Service Subscription Agreement contains the same restriction for Cloud Services.
