- Elastic self-managed subscriptions page (as of 2026-09-26): Platinum is marked “Existing Customers Only”; existing Platinum customers “can continue to expand or renew” (note 18). Gold is marked “Discontinued” and existing Gold customers are supported through the end of the current term (note 9). New self-managed customers are therefore offered Basic or Enterprise; ECK is offered only in Basic and Enterprise (ECK docs).
