- Customer may install and use Licensed Programs remotely on machines operated by a well-established third party service provider hosting them solely for Customer, provided only authorized users use them, the provider grants access only to provide those services, and the provider is not part of a group that provides products or services competing with 3DS Offerings. The OST “Machine” definition likewise includes devices operated by a third party service provider as authorized in the Agreement. No vCPU or core conversion is published; the licensing scheme on the Transaction Document continues to apply.
