- SNL offerings must be installed on a network server that permits the acquired licenses to be used in the licensed country by the authorized number of simultaneous Users and Affiliate’s Users; total licenses in use at a time cannot exceed licenses acquired. A server may serve Licensed Programs used in different countries only if each is licensed for the country of use and the countries are in the same territory as the server (Americas; Europe/Middle-East/Africa; rest of Asia/Australia), except offerings authorized for Extended Enterprise Users and Remote Access in the Product Portfolio (for example SOLIDWORKS PDM). Each network server is subject to a one-time fee.
