- Customer must keep records sufficient to confirm compliance and provide them within three business days of a request; 3DS may audit on premises (or on Customer Data for Online Services) and requires machine access and tool outputs within two business days. Unauthorized use is paid at the then-current list price; if unauthorized use is 5% or more of authorized use for the offering, Customer also reimburses the audit cost.
