- Flex Credits are consumed monthly based on Flex services defined for Personas; other services do not consume Flex Credits. Citrix DaaS Flex (managed capacity): consumption based on configured unique users per Persona (and add-ons such as disks); a configured Persona consumes Flex Credits even if never actively used; catalog creations and capacity increases are prorated for the month; reductions and deletions are not; failed catalog creation consumes none. Citrix SecurSpaces Flex: same pattern by configured unique workspaces per Persona. Citrix DaaS Cloud/Local (BYOI): calculated per unique user regardless of how many services they access (no double-count across CVAD and DaaS); no proration for partial-month use. Citrix Secure Access with Chrome Enterprise: strictly per unique user; no proration. Credits are deducted monthly from the Flex Credit Allotment; remaining unconsumed credits expire on the Term End Date; services cannot be used if the allotment is exhausted or inadequate. The consumption documentation does not print credit rates per Persona.
