- NetScaler VPX licenses can be allocated to NetScaler VPX instances on demand from NetScaler Console. Licenses are stored and managed by NetScaler Console. A NetScaler VPX instance, when provisioned, can check out the license from NetScaler Console, or check back in its license to NetScaler Console when an instance is removed or destroyed. LAS docs state legacy CICO (with Pooled vCPU and perpetual) will not be supported with LAS after file-based licensing EOL.
