- VMware Live Recovery SPD (May 2024): "Customer must not (and must not allow Customer’s Third-Party Agents to) use or deploy the Software on, or with, any Cloud Services." The January 2026 FAQ states Live Site Recovery capabilities may be used in hyperscaler VMware environments (AVS, GCVE, Amazon Elastic VMware Service, OCVS) like any VVF or VCF deployment when the necessary entitlements are purchased.
