- Commercial Terms of Service §D.4 (effective June 17, 2025): Customer may not "access the Services to build a competing product or service, including to train competing AI models or resell the Services except as expressly approved by Anthropic", reverse engineer or duplicate the Services. §D.2: use must comply with the Usage Policy, Supported Regions Policy and Service Specific Terms.
