- "Non-Production Use" means internal use only of Non-Production Licensed Software by Customer and its employees for the benefit of Customer (and not for the benefit of any third party or any affiliate of Customer) on a Non-Production Development System, Non-Production Test System, Hot Standby System, or Cold Standby System.

- Class 1: up to six (6) no-charge Non-Production Licenses per production licence (1 Hot Standby, 1 Cold Standby, 1 Development, up to 3 Test). Class 2: at current list prices. Class 3: none offered. Class 4: no charge with the listed limits. Only for products on active support with fees paid; support for Class 1/4 non-production licences requires support on the production configuration. ALM/QC, ALM Octane, PPM are Class 1 (ADM ALA); UFT and LoadRunner perpetual are Class 1, term / subscription Class 3 (FT and PE ALAs).
