- “YLC means the Yearly License Charge for use of a 3DS Offering … Payment of the YLC for a 3DS Offering entitles Customer to (i) a one (1) year license to use the Release of a 3DS Offering and its subsequent Release(s), if any, as made available by 3DS during such year … and (ii) Support Services for the 3DS Offering for one (1) year.” QLC entitles Customer to a three (3) months license and Support Services for that period.
- Commercial rules
- “QLC is not automatically renewable.” For both YLC and QLC, “Termination of Support Services is not permitted without terminating the license of the 3DS Offering.” YLC renewal price follows the published country increase capped by the price index (www.3ds.com/terms/price). Fixed term licenses auto-renew absent 30 days’ notice (CLOSA §9.3.1).
