- Product Appendices, Exhibit 1 Glossary: "“ Accelerator ” means a hardware processing unit that is designed to accelerate computational workloads beyond the capabilities of a general-purpose CPU, including without limitation graphics processing units (GPUs), tensor processing units (TPUs), field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) configured for compute acceleration, and other similar co-processors".

- Appendix O: SUSE AI Subscriptions must match or exceed the total number of Accelerators deployed in infrastructure covered by a Platform Subscription, regardless of whether the Accelerator is actively used for AI workloads. Exemption only if the Accelerator is shown to be dedicated exclusively to non-AI workloads.
