- SUR Exhibit 2 §36.1: "Revenues are the annual incomes that a company receives from its normal business activities and other revenues from interests, dividends, royalties or other sources. Revenues exclude indirect taxes such as VAT, Excise Duty or any similar sales related taxes."

Package-specific scoping applies: for listed trade and planning packages only the revenues of the business or division the package is applied to count (§36.1.1); SAP CPQ counts revenue generated using the software (§36.1.2); Insurance uses Premiums, central banks Assets under Management, other banks gross interest plus noninterest income, and Public Sector Total Annual Budgets (§§36.1.6-36.1.10).
