- Definition
- An “AI Credit” is an allowance for Customer to perform a number of actions using AI SaaS. Each action will be assigned a certain number of AI Credits based on the complexity of the interaction and the amount of data involved.
- Counting rules
- For each Registered User the allowance is 12,000 AI Credits per year; credits allocated to one Registered User may be used by others if the aggregate allowance is not exceeded in the contract year. Unused AI Credits expire at the end of each contract year. Consumption above the allowance requires purchase of additional AI Credits. On Prem AI consumption is as negotiated with the Customer’s third-party AI provider.
