- Business: any user; maximum 300. Enterprise/Frontline/Reserve: user must have Windows 10/11 Enterprise/Education + Intune + Entra ID P1/P2 (included in Microsoft 365 F3/E3/G3/E5/G5/E7/A3/A5/Business Premium/Student Use Benefit). Replacing a Business/Enterprise SKU is not reassignment. Enterprise and Business have no per Cloud PC meter. Windows 365 for Agents is a separate Copilot Studio add-on billed as First-Party Consumption Service.

- Windows 365 Business: maximum 300. Frontline Dedicated: up to 3 cloud PCs provisioned per license; only 1 used. Frontline Shared: 1 cloud PC provisioned; any number of users may access, only one user at a time. Cross Region DR and Disaster Recovery Plus add-ons prerequisite: Enterprise or Frontline Dedicated. Hybrid Benefit: Product Terms change log 1 May 2026 removed Windows 365 Hybrid Benefit (EOL); this follows Product Terms rather than licensing-resources pages.
