- Student Use Benefit: The option for Institutions that license a qualifying Product for their Organization-wide count to license a Product for use by their Students at a ratio of 1:15 or 1:40 Students per Education Qualified User or Knowledge Worker (or staff/faculty user) at no additional cost. Such Student Licenses may not be counted toward minimum order requirements. Rights to use Products under the Student Use Benefit expire when Student is no longer affiliated with the Institution.

- Count student instances per paid Faculty/Staff, Education Qualified User, or Knowledge Worker license at the published ratio. May not count toward minimum orders. Not eligible for Software Assurance Benefits. CAL and ML Equivalency: Student Use Benefit users do not satisfy most CAL/ML rows except ATA 2016 and Endpoint Configuration Manager. A1 does not satisfy CAL equivalency.
