- Definition
- The bandwidth pool is the total bandwidth that can be shared by NetScaler instances, both physical and virtual. NetScaler throughput capacity and instances are purchased individually (NetScaler Fixed Capacity). Under the Pooled Capacity model for Citrix ADC, purchased instances and capacity (throughput) may be deployed on VPX or CPX instances in your infrastructure or in supported public clouds.
- Counting rules
- The bandwidth pool is the total bandwidth that can be shared by NetScaler instances, both physical and virtual. For Flexed licensing, you can add more bandwidth only in multiples of 10 Mbps. VPX checks out bandwidth and an instance; CPX up to 1 Gbps checks out 1 instance and no bandwidth. UHMC: Customer’s use of NetScaler is restricted to a maximum throughput capacity of 1000 Gbps. Citrix Platform: Unlimited throughput capacity with usage limited to the licensed Customer. No Gbps-per-User ratio is published. vCPU does not convert to bandwidth, and the 2.5 GB/user/month Gateway quota does not convert to the 5 Gbps Gateway Service.

- Flexed: add bandwidth in multiples of 10 Mbps. UHMC max 1000 Gbps. Citrix Platform: unlimited throughput with usage limited to the licensed Customer. VPX/CPX/BLX software min/max in Pooled tables; hardware MPX/SDX skipped as HAM.
