- Definition
- For any Value-Based Offering, the Annual Declared Value is used to determine the applicable pricing for the Value-Based Offerings. Annual Declared Value means, as determined by the applicable metric and scope (if any) identified in the applicable Autodesk quote or Autodesk order documentation: (i) the aggregate Project Values of all of Your Projects and the Projects of Your Subsidiaries, if based on annual construction volume; (ii) the aggregate annual revenue of You and Your Subsidiaries, if based on annual company revenue; or (iii) the aggregate annual capital budget of You and Your Subsidiaries, if based on annual capital budget. Subsidiaries means entities in which You own at least 50% of the outstanding voting shares or securities (or effective ownership where 50% is prohibited).
- Counting rules
- Customer warrants accuracy of the declared metric and scope on the quote/order. Increases from acquisition may trigger additional fees. Scope may be limited to affiliate, business unit, region, or project as specified in the order. Autodesk publishes no affiliate seat-sharing or ADV-to-token conversion beyond its Value-Based definitions. Collection, Subscription Term, and Authorized User identity are separate from this meter.

- BIM Collaborate / BIM Collaborate Pro unlimited ADV model (formerly Represented Aggregated Project Value): one (1) Single User subscription of Navisworks Manage and Point Layout for every USD $25,000,000 of Annual Declared Value — only for purchases before 31 Jul 2026; new or renewal subscriptions of BIM Collaborate or BIM Collaborate Pro purchased on or after 31 Jul 2026 do not include Navisworks Manage or Point Layout.
