- Term License Products are Named User offerings, unless indicated as FRL (Software Product Specific Terms, last updated 18 June 2024). A Named User license is assigned to a Business User. Licenses may not be used in any shared license or similar deployment model, which may indicate more than 1 person is using a single Named User license (including, but not limited to floating, leased, generic user, or shift license deployment) (Business Product Specific Terms, published/effective 7 October 2024).
- Counting rules
- You may reassign a license from one Business User to another Business User without requiring an additional license purchase, provided that, except as expressly permitted by Adobe, licenses may not be: (A) reassigned more than once every 30 days, or (B) used in any shared license or similar deployment model, which may indicate more than 1 person is using a single Named User license (including, but not limited to floating, leased, generic user, or shift license deployment).
