- If during the term of the Agreement, the number of Units You install or deploy exceeds the number of Units for which You have paid, You must (i) promptly report to SUSE or its Authorized Reseller the number of such additional Units, and (ii) place an order for additional Subscriptions to cover such installations or deployments within no later than thirty (30) days after first installation or deployment.
