Excerpt: Unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form, Qlik Product or Service subscriptions shall begin upon the Delivery Date and automatically renew for successive terms equal to the initial subscription period, unless either Party provides prior written notice of non-renewal to the other Party at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the then-current subscription period. Subscriptions may not be cancelled in whole or in part during any subscription period.
